Good news for all non-Dutch speaking welding professionals working in the Netherlands! The Visual Welding Inspector – level 2 course is now available in English via the NIL (official Authorized Nominated Body). Over the past 8 years we’ve trained over a thousand welding inspectors through the VT-w2 curriculum. We’re thrilled to share this news with our network, as this creates new training routes for expats and other non-Dutch welding professionals looking to further their knowledge and expand their skillset. 

Training contents:

🔹 Introduction welding techniques

🔹 Material behavior pre-, during and post-welding

🔹 Inspection techniques

🔹 Welding inspection in accordance with NEN-EN-ISO 5817

🔹 Practical measuring of welding joints

🔹 Logging findings in an official report

🔹 Non destructive testing techniques (NDT)

🔹 Interpreting welding procedure specifications (WPS)
